To make sure you can use it, please ensure your phone has a passcode to access the device and you then should see toggle options to remember the user code and app password and use biometric login if you have a compatible device with FaceID or TouchID. Some feature that I would like to see are: At the moment I have reverted back to the old app as that was more reliable and i trust it a lot more. This never used to happen with the old HomeControl+ app as it was silent until the alarm was set. I have multiple areas in my panel but when I click on area B, Area A and Area B tries to arm as though I press the button the fob whereby there is a timer to get out of the house. Just to reiterate some of the feedback that has already been highlighted by other users, the login process is not smooth at all and sometimes I find myself doubting what has been set.
